After a successful demonstration with Paths for All, we are thrilled to announce that these inclusive and uplifting health walks will now be available every Monday in June in Stirling
SWAN Health Walks are social, group walks designed to promote good health and wellbeing. They're an opportunity to be physically active, connect with others, and appreciate the beauty of nature.
We understand that socialising can be a different experience for everyone. That's why we've taken Paths for All's expertise in leading walks and combined it with SWAN's autistic-led approach to create SWAN health walks. This makes our health walks comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
There's no pressure to chat or make eye contact, and everyone loves spotting things like clouds, flowers, or rabbits and squirrels!
It's the perfect approach to share in some summertime joy alongside others during a shared experience.
You can now book your place for these walks in Stirling every Monday in June through Eventbrite
You don’t need to come every week and they are all FREE. For more information, please visit our website's events page.
We plan to expand our Health Walks across Scotland in the future.
Hope you can join us at one.
