We’re now expanding our SWAN Wellbeing Walks across Scotland and recruiting Volunteer SWAN Wellbeing Walk Leaders
In this role, you’ll lead gentle, social wellbeing walks for autistic women and non-binary people in your local community, helping to create a safe, welcoming space for connection, movement, and peer support. You don’t need to be a fitness expert –just lived experience as an autistic person and someone who enjoys walking and socialising with like minded people.
Full training and ongoing support is provided by our autistic Volunteer Coordinator and Walk coordinator.
You will also receive Walk leader training (online) from Walking Scotland
If you have a few hours a month to spare and would like more information about becoming a Wellbeing Walk Leader, please email our walk coordinator: walk@swanscotland.org
